I'm running out of ideas to rate Overkill music, because for the last 5 I have a feeling that I've been listening to the same stuff over and over again, and on this one the ideas finally ran out. This is possibly their most boring and skippable (but not the worst) album. It tired me out. Maybe if they weren't releasing albums every second year they could've gather enough material for really good records instead of this one.

It started great, the first three tracks were the best Overkill in a long while for me. But the longer it got, the more bland and simply boring it was. I don't really know what went wrong here, they had everything to make another great record after such a strong streak. They didn't. Its name suggests something powerful and effective, but in reality it is underwhelming.

Their ability to stay so consistent is beyond understanding for me. They are spewing a good album after another good one in such a short time. Even though I think this album is better than most of the stuff they made in the 90s, it is by far their weakest since their modern resurgence.

A bit of a letdown compared to Ironbound, but still full of the typical Overkill energy. Honestly, there are really no rememberable songs on this one, but it's consistent and delivered with enormous pace and fun. The album only showed that the band is able to still kick ass when others slightly disappointed.
