i love everything surrounding the album, if i had to criticize it, I'd definitely say that there are way too many non-tracks, like time off and down and out, but other than that i think this is some good fucking music. Visual component is very cool, i love Kyle Mooney.
Favorite Tracks - Burn Out Blues, Hard To Say Goodbye, Get Lost, Floating By
Least Favorite - Time Off
nice little collection of songs, all 3 clappers, mucho gusta, favorite is probably The Princess and the Clock
brockhampton abandoned their soft shit and went back to an album with grime akin to iridescence, its like iridescence but if it were made in the bad part of London. there is a covid bar on this album.
best songs - Buzzcut, Chain On, Bankroll, Windows, The Light, Don't Shoot up the Party
worst songs - Dear Lord
good album, its like the actually graduated from high school and became much much more mature since Bonito Generation. why is Only Acting the way it is i can't play that around the hoes
Best Songs - Time Today, Only Acting, Visiting Hours, Dump, If I'd Known
Worst songs - none
Kanye West but what if he didn't have any punchlines or Wit, this album kinda boring, i remember the first time i listened to it i couldn't remember anything about the album, its grown on me somewhat since then but its still kinda cringe compared to his past discography. It does have some nice highlights doe, Use this gospel, The Outro track, basically the whole album his this grandiosity throughout but there is barely any excitement, some of the tracks are just a whole lotta ... read more
this album make me go from widepeepoSad to widepeepoHappy, i like when Sarah go from Bri'ish to Japanese, she sing well, most of the instrumentals clap, Graduation kinda feels like Flamingo but what if it were much louder.
Favorite Tracks: Big City, Fishbowl, Hey Parents
Least Favorite: Graduation, Waking Up
this album feels like when you scratch your eyes when they are closed and it gets all fuzzy and wacky. good shit
BROCKHAMPTON continue to show a more vulnerable side to them on this album, as it has an arguably even moodier tone than iridescence did. Notable moments include BOY BYE, a brief but very playful cut featuring the entire group, NO HALO, a very emotional opener featuring guest singer Deb Never (House on Wheels EP) and the final track, VICTOR ROBERTS, which features a guest of the same name which a group member, Dom McLennon found in 2008 on XBOX Live. One issue with the album is the song LOVE ME ... read more
Hot off the heels of controversy (dubbed "The longest summer in America") BROCKHAMPTON return in full force to release their emotions and thoughts, and there aplenty here. Songs like weight and tonya show a more vulnerable side to the group, with instrumentals even softer than Saturation III, and songs like new orleans, j'ouvert and vivid show a much grittier and unpolished side of BROCKHAMPTON which fits this album very well. Highlights include berlin, weight, district and j'ouvert.
A great final LP from the emerging boyband, their sound has evolved exponentially and they have managed to escape using the same themes from Saturation I & II. All tracks are great with no exceptions. Highlights are: BLEACH, BOOGIE and ALASKA
An improvement over Sat 1 for sure albeit a relatively minor one, but brockhampton falls into the trap of feeling slightly similar to the last album in terms of themes. All tracks manage to pack a punch on this album with the only exception being GAMBA, in which they overdo the autotune and the song generally doesn't sound very good. Highlights include GUMMY, SWAMP, SUNNY and JELLO
Great 1st LP for brockhampton the emotions all over the album are conveyed perfectly. The whole album bangs with the exception of FACE, which i think is quite basic. Highlights are BOYS, HEAT, GOLD and FAKE
