it took me a while to get around to writing something for this, so sorry for that, but here goes.

Periphery are stepping off the numbered path of their last few releases and slimming down the runtime on this new project, releasing their shortest album to date (not counting the individual parts of Juggernaut.)
from my knowledge, P5 burned them out pretty hard, and the idea of making another behemoth of an album like that was a daunting prospect, understandably so. they wanted to do something new with this album, and I'm glad they decided to do something to keep the process fun for them. ... read more
