I can’t believe i just experienced a horror movie through my ears. That did NOT feel like an hour and a half. Soothing and yet haunting. Fully immersed and i want MORE.
i’m not gonna lie i’m deeply in love with these 3 exceptional artists. especially when they come together to form such beautiful body of work. solo work of lucy and julien never clicked for me on a level phoebe’s did, but i’m definitely diving deeper into their discographies after this specific project.
it. just. works.
boys, you did it.
this record hit me like a train. what a triumphant body of work. album of the year for now.
a big day for annoying people.
it’s me, i might be annoying people.
willow’s verse kind of ate vocally tbh. i dont even know what to say about this one. snooze.
the potential of this song being absolutely thrown away makes me wanna punch a hole in the wall. and so do the lyrics. how are you gonna switch between lyrics about your THANG tasting like pineapple, doing it good, and then talk about your success and family in the other verse? Probably one of the projects that i never understood the absolutely brutal criticism on. Its actually very fun for what it is. Besides cattitude, this ep offers a fine portion of music for summer. Party up the street is still my go to song when temperature increases.
The lyricism is… yeah and the ghostface killah verse was so out of place but its just fine besides that.
My girl Charli once again delivers a great portion of music definitely worth getting into. For now tho, it’s a step down from her previous magical, quarantine-made album HIFN.
The first half of the album absolutely sucks you in. With some of the best tracks of the year such as “Constant Repeat”, i really thought she was about to take me places with the rest of the album but sadly, it fell flat with songs like “Used to know me” or “Twice” which i seem ... read more
Even tho i don’t quite understand why she chose this as a single, it would be amazing as an interlude.
