a little less consistent than diary imo, but this album has pillars so it’s a 10
literally just their self titled but better for me. it feels more well paced which makes me remember the specific songs far more than self titled. lights out & the cat turned to smoke blew me away
best vocals of the year, i would have lowered my score but the opener and closer are fucking amazing and again the vocals are perfect. cant lie though i would have preferred if the worst songs were cut & it was turned into an ep
- after seeing it live and relistening many many times i take back what i said this is a perfect album and its likely going to stay as my album of the year for 2026
for sure their worst but its still great, the first half is significantly better though imo
really good and consistent but unfortunately a lot of it sounds the same
idk why but the vanilla poltergeist snake chorus sounds so corny to me, everything else is amazing as usual for glassjaw
