This was my first time listening to a Jordan Ward project, and I’m sorry to say but it didn’t fully click with me. BACKWARD is a very straightforward, laid-back R&B album. Smooth vocals, gentle production, clean execution. On paper, everything is there. But in practice, it just didn’t really grab me.

Don Toliver is finally back with a brand new album, following up the pretty solid HARDSTONE PSYCHO. Donny has been on a run ever since Travis Scott put him on, and at this point it’s pretty clear he’s one of the defining voices in mainstream trap.
