Pure ear candy, great production from Oddwin and smooth rapping/vocal performances from Tablez. The only critique I have is that with production which embodies a very similar vibe between tracks, Tablez isn't really able deliver diverse enough performances to really set these tracks apart from one another, even though I don't believe that any of his performances here are bad by any stretch. Overall, while a bit in one ear and out the other, this is a very solid project and a great ... read more
Some of the PR3LUXE tracks showcase more lyrical diversity from Oddwin which I do appreciate, but as a whole I felt these tracks were rather forgettable. They don't really play to Oddwin's strengths as a rapper, namely his knack for catchy hooks. The production here is a noticeable step down from the original PR3, the beat on KAWASAKI is nice, although Oddwin doesn't really do anything memorable over it. FINE SHYT + TRAILBLAZING is probably my fav track off the PR3LUXE, I love ... read more
the fact that this has ~30x as many streams as the Lil B version is actually criminal

As much as I love to attribute the creation of cloud rap to Lil B, Viper was doing it first. This album is an immaculate vibe with simple yet effective cloud production paired with Viper's spacey, drugged delivery which doesn't really falter at any point throughout the album's 58-minute runtime. As monstrous as he is as a person, Viper is (or at least was) a great artist who was wayyy ahead of his time.

even stranger than his first album, though admittedly less consistent, reaches higher highs with songs like Plastic Body and God Made You A Monster. I could def see this growing on me as I get more familiar with Edward Skeletrix as an artist.
EDIT: 75-90 sure enough it grew on me heavy. Edward Skeletrix currently sits at the forefront of his genre, providing masterfully produced avant-garde hip hop with rapping/vocal performances which fit the aforementioned production like a snug glove. But ... read more
maybe Oddwin's best rapping performance over a super nice, spacey beat. such a vibe
A 41-minute psych-rock odyssey without a single weak point. If I were to choose an album to play on loop forever it would definitely be this one.
