While it is a clear step down from Color Decay, I really enjoyed the synthwork that really reminded me of the older TDWP works. All Out and When You're Gone were amazing and Cure Me just really hit the right spot for me.
I just really don't care for this sound new rock albums have. The Scythe was fun though.
Just not really my cup of tea. I can appreciate it for what it is, but it's just not something I'd listen to on my own.
After the horrendous talk online I was expecting something catastrophic, and while the two songs I couldn't even stand to listen fully were terrible, the album is still alright. Also banger opener and closer.
Just such an amazing work of art by the great Japanese Power Metal band.
A really enjoyable album with a singular miss that really just comes down to me not enjoying the rap.
Perception comes off as jarring and samey for the most part with a couple exceptions. The autotune is sometimes unlisteneable and beats just uninteresting. Outro slaps
The most jarring of the TOP albums I've listened to, but at least I did enjoy a couple songs more than any in Blurryface, which puts it right above it
I was curious to see how their work before Trench sounded like after only having heard the first three songs from this album. Fair to say I didn't exactly enjoy my listening experience but I am glad to have tried at least.
While I have never been into dance-pop and such genres, this is definitely up there in best of the bunch I've heard.
I just can't stop from coming back to this album. It will always be my favorite from them and the sound I will remember them for.
I really did not like Blurryface, but the development between that record and this was awesome and I really enjoyed this.
One of my most anticipated records of the year and man did it deliver. Glenwood might just be my favorite track of them outside of the Pain Remains trilogy.
