uhmmmmmm FIRE. like that was just so epic and heavy like WOW. godddd pleeeassssseee I need an album from this band
all around beautiful, lush, innocent, sweet, and almost enchanting. it's only so simple, but that's what makes it what it is. this is a great listen... probably one of the best youtube recommendations i've gotten this year.
i'm not good at cataloging and remembering to check my lists so i'm just writing this as a reminder to myself to listen and uhh i don't have too many reviews anyway
that was insane. relentless like a gun and just pure fun all around. holy hell. love the concept, love the theme, love the weird, love the sound they went with... this is golden.
it's alright. very inoffensive, innocent guitar pop. nothing wrong with that. TOO nothing-wrong-with-that.
lyrics could come quite aimless and I've heard them from a million times. fun guitar work, doesn't sound too interesting further that. singer's voice i don't think i like, but it's cute and innocent. which is fitting.
Fucking loved this. The atmosphere all throughout was otherworldly... it was haunting, chilling, poisonous, yet all of it was still strangely dreamy and beautiful in its own grotesque way.
The masterful dissonance; irregular times; and the bittersweet, anxious whispered spoken word lyrics just heightens every sense in a way that puts you in the harshest unease while at the same time in a hypnotic wave that only urges you to unfold more and more about this album.
Fucking amazing.

fuck bro....... aughhh fuck.
godddddd this is beautiful. just so beautiful. such a beautiful little world in fifty two minutes.
/identikit -> the numbers -> present tense/ would be the most underrated three-track-run in rh's discography if not for the closing tracks of hail to the thief cuz hoooooly fuck.
probably the rh album that tickles me ears the most teeheehee
disgusting, eerie, immense, devastating, and painful... and for all the good reasons. holy fucking shit, boris rules!!!!
"ganbou-ki" is a phenomenal, otherworldly trip. god... those drums starting five minutes in... "hama" on the other hand is much faster, the perfect switch-up in the middle of an album as sludgy and droning as this! and wow... kuruimizu is a fucking masterpiece. still as hellish but quite dreamy, all around amazing. unfortunately, there's much to be ... read more
the weaker side of thom's singing. all the skittering dot-y rhythms were cool, and some were just plain awesome, and i like how hypnotic the sounds get. though, i wish some of the tracks could come as lush as as they could come flat.
the last three tracks were pretty fucking raw tho, dunno what these track ratings are talking about.
favourite tracks: And It Rained All Night, Black Swan, Cymbal Rush
least favourite track: Skip Divided
p.s. thom yorke inspired how i dance
fuckkkk that was so good. lulled me so perfectly into the vibe. all the words spewed out so casually yet intricate and flawless - so clever, sometimes comedic, and almost every track made me wonder about a lot of things. fucking amazing instrumentals as well....... im not good at describing stuff. this was otherworldly.
Holy fucking shit. These sounds have blown me miles away. Even the final seconds gave me the chills that said... Hush, don't cry anymore
Oh my god. Each second of Kid A brought onto my shoulders a weight I cannot lift (I mean this in a really, really good way) while at the same time being the only beings that could comfort me at that moment.
this album feels like it's a helpless winter. you're stuck inside just watching the storm turn everything to shit and you can do nothing but hum and murmur these tiny little songs.
amazing. the flow from the national anthem to idioteque was fucking relentless and tops it off with everything in its right place. had the best dishwashing jam of my year.... dollars and cents kind of dragged on for a bit too little, but ends on a very bittersweet and intimate true love waits. wow.
really good and fun. the production impressed me a lot but there were some points that were pushing me to a yawn. though every like 2 tracks the energy bumps up with areally really great song/....
highlights are
360, Sympathy is a knife, Von dutch, So I, B2b, Mean girls, 365.
there is absolutely nothing about this landfill-compressed-in-a-17-minute-package that can be said positively. it's simply a massive can of deplorable and mind-numbing dogshit. but i guess, if you tried so fucking hard to try and dig deeper, the closer's track's instrumental is just slightly okay in its very, very best. fuck this shit.
