Not as good as the first one, but still has the same consistency as the other one. The big hits aren't as good as the first one, but flight briefing was such a good song it was incredible.
The best Curren$y project I have heard. The features from Big K.R.I.T., Jay Electronica, and Mos Def were fire. Curren$y went hard as always.
Not the best De La, but definitely their weakest work by far. GFK, Common, and MF Doom's features all went hard, and the beats went hard as hell also.
Holy crap. This album was way better than I expected from Canibus. Jedi Mind Tricks cooked up with the beats, and it goes the same for the Stoupe. Canibus's flows, lyrics, and tone for the beat was perfect for what was needed for it.
Just full of bangers from 4eva is a mighty long time, and there is no bad song on here. Just wish these songs were with the album on Spotify, but at least they have these songs in a different way to find them.
Definitely Scarface's most overhated album because this album has straight bangers. Some of the songs weren't the best but some of these are definitely in his top 20 of best songs.
9th Wonder did Little Brother very well here with some of his best beats. This album was very good and the vibe and theme of this album was also amazing.
This album is definitely not like The Forever Story, but it's still a good album. This album definitely has some of JID's best songs and beats but not all the songs are great.
This is the worst album I have listened to so far, and that's coming off of listening to Habibti which also sucked.
The first Genesis Owusu album I've listened to. The first two songs on the album made me feel like this was gonna be a El-P type of production, then you have the more melodic songs that have great beats with his melodies that hit. I did not expect this to be that good. I'm gonna definitely check out his other 2 albums at some point in time, but now I'm gonna listen to Maid Of Honor since I did not want to go back to back Drake with how bad Habibti was.
I'm happy that one album from this Friday or before is really good. 7Eleven definitely has the best beat and rapping from Kenny Mason. JID's feature was fire, and Dominic Fike did his thing on Find God. Kenny Mason should be next up in my opinion because he changes flows, and voice frequently like JID, and I feel a lotta influence from Zeltron 3030.
Only ranking 2007 and love how he shouts out albums during different especially with J. Cole's mixtapes.
One of the greatest albums this decade especially with all the beat switches. Lyrics were fire, JID's flow was insane, and the voice switches were very needed on this album. I do have this album third this year because it is the most stacked year this decade, the 2 above it is Melt My Eyez, See Your Future, and Cheat Codes being the two better than this stacked album.
This album is bloated with random songs, but besides that I think there are songs that are absolute tanks of songs.
The songs: A 2nd chance, Akickdoe, Only the strong survive, and riders to name a few.
I love the vibe with this album and how he keeps the theme of frogs. Triceratops and peppers are some of the best songs I've heard this year so far with triceratops feeling like a summer song, with the music video fitting that description.
Very laid back lo-fi beats that Kota flows over with ease. This album reminds of times that never happened because the interludes perfectly show the importance of the people in out life. I think Kota deserves the praise for this album that I feel he doesn't .
The highs are extremely high but the lows were horrible especially T-rock and other non three 6 members
