its about time i listen to fallen. after singing bring me to life for many years, it makes sense for me to listen to the whole album now that i'm loving alt metal. and i should've done this a long time ago. amy is an incredible vocalist, its so nice to have female vocals on what would be considered a male dominated genre. and also 22 years later, her voice is still just as gone. but i digress. fallen is back to back belters. whether its the beautiful song that is my immortal or the ... read more
tpwbyt just seems like the perfect second album to me. following sundowning is a hard task, but sleep token managed to pull it off so well. it seems like a more melancholy follow up to sundowning and is the perfect middle for the trilogy's backstory. i cannot describe how but this album just is blue. all songs are tones of blue, and that consistency makes me love it even more. god i love sleep token

what a debut album. god. sundowing is such a strong album from start to finish. again, a 0 skip album from sleep token. it covers so many emotions, starting and ending with emotional ballads with some screaming belters and dancey songs in between. again asking myself the question, why on earth did i not listen to sleep token earlier??
faves - the night does not belong to god, the offering, dark signs, give, sugar, say that you will, drag me under, blood sport
i'm afraid i have another no skip album, the second sleep token as well... OH WELL. even in arcadia is so beautiful. sleep token have slightly adjusted their sound on this one compared to take me back to eden, and i'm not complaining. eia feels so vulnerable, and i love some vulnerable music. i cn't think of much to say to describe how much i adore this album, except whoever thought to add a saxophone to provider on tour but not on the recording, we need to have words.

sleep token, oh i love you. after falling in love with their version of is it really you, take me back to eden was my first sleep token album. and WHAT AN ALBUM. i didn't know what to expect, after hearing vessel's soft vocals on iiry but seeing how they present themselves, i was so confused. and that confusion was so correct for sleep token's sound. alt metal, pop and r&b all together in one album but sometimes on singular songs makes tmbte such a rollercoaster but i clearly ... read more
