right. one of my friends told me to listen to this album, and being the totally awesome friend i am, i did as i was told.
to be completely honest, i was pleasantly surprised. yes, some of this album is not great, and i wouldn't relisten to a lot of it, but some tracks were genuinely rather catchy and enjoyable to listen to (despite the VERY sexual lyrics, which i must admit i'm not the biggest fan of). i went in expecting complete slop, and while some of it was, my expectations were ... read more
ok. um. i did not want to enjoy this. objectively, the music is genuinely dismal. but:
holy hell i was giggling the whole way through this. this is probably one of the funniest and dumbest albums i've ever listened to. period. and i hate to say it, but i genuinely enjoyed it. much, much more than i should have. i think it's worth a listen, even if only to laugh at the sheer awfulness of it all.

honestly? i wish i had the skill to put my thoughts to words with this album. it's crushing, simple as. even sometimes just thinking about this brings a tear to my eye, and i honestly think that speaks volumes about how much this album means to me. it's raw, extremely emotional and just mindblowing plus a million other adjectives that i could use with this masterpiece. and yet, i don't think any amount of praise will do it justice just how much i love this album.
