As much as I hate to say it currently, this is my favorite album of all time.
I won't recommend streaming it, and I wish that we as a collective will be able to forget of this man's existence, but current events don't diminish the quality of the art. I'm mostly writing this review to get this off my chest.

This album shows that it's cool to be weird, and that's what I appreciate about it the most. As someone who's been an outsider their whole life, I could relate to a lot of the themes on this album. However, I usually don't find myself listening to most of the songs here, and more often than not skip them when they come in my spotify playlists.

Pretty good, rhythmical album with a lot of catchy, well put together tracks. The first 2 tracks alone deserve a grammy. Sadly, they don't exactly match the vibe of the rest of the album, but it doesn't take away from any of the other songs. The album still has a futuristic vibe that's very hard to replicate

Just because you want to defend your country from the people who just murdered 1,200 of your brethren, as you are also obligated to by law, it doesn't make you a bad person. It makes you human. Being a conscientious objector in these circumstances seems naive to me, and is also not a viable option for many.
I don't like some of what's happening in Gaza, but I recognize that the war at its core is a just one. I suggest that instead of calling the people defending their families 'evil', you instead direct your anger to the upper branches of our government that don't hold the *actual* evil people accountable."

"@Marinos This is also wrong in many different levels. I have friends in the army, since we are all around mandatory conscription age. I also served for about 1 year before the start of the war, though I was in a non-combat role. This has nothing to do with genocide. We all feel a deep sense of duty to the country and its people, and recognize that in order to survive sacrifices need to be made. Now, this is not to say that there isn't a lot wrong with the army and how it's operating, but personally I'd prefer my friends, who are some of the kindest people I know, to be the ones serving, rather than murderous psychopaths and war criminals."

2. That's not even true - Eden Golan received a medical exemption from military service.
You're also ignoring the fact that most IDF conscripts (~70%) serve in non-combat roles, A.K.A 'jobnik' roles, and don't participate in the fighting in Gaza.
And the whole 'propaganda' angle doesn't really seem valid to me considering Ukraine won the Eurovision with a blatant war song. so Israel's songs, which only focus on civillian grief, seem pretty tame in comparison."
