Phil has been one of my favorite rappers in the underground, and this is his most introspective work, with some amazing production and rap performances. this is a pretty short project but it packs a huge punch.

i think i found one of my new favorite artists.

Most underrated album of the decade

i’ve always wanted to listen to Ghais, but i haven’t gotten around to it for some reason, this was my first impression and I’m genuinely impressed, i wish i would’ve gotten into his stuff sooner, I’m definitely gonna check out his discog!

Wow. This is my first impression of Samba Jean-Baptise, and i’m completely blown away. I didn’t really know what to expect but this was a great listen. I can definitely hear Kevin Abstraxt influence, and I wasn’t sure if it was a coincidence or not, but they know each other so i totally see it. I definitely have to get into his other stuff this is was amazing.

This feels like a crazy trip.

Exactly what pop needs right now, I’ve liked some of Slayyyter’s work in the past, but this is her best to date by far.

Definitely what you would expect from a Thundercat album, but not a bad thing at all.

I’m not even hating because it’s different, I really enjoy London’s Saviour. I don’t know what went wrong here though

One of the most underrated projects of the year. British music has been on a tear!

Slayr is the future, and he’s only going to improve.

Granted I’m not a huge Cole fan, but if this wasn’t bloated, or he wasn’t singing on some of these tracks, I’d definitely enjoy it a lot more. Definitely not a bad send off if it truly is his last.

That final 3 track run is one of the best ever.

Action Bronson has quietly been one of the most consistent rappers this decade.

Underscores comes through with a solid project from start to finish.
