I've been getting into rock and adjacent genres lately. They never clicked for me before, neither did I want them to. With my growing maturity and music taste i feel like im experiencing albums and sounds at the perfect time as I come by then now, in a way that allows me to appreciate them as they deserve to be.

a first in the "guitar rock" genre. Didn't get the hype for the album at the start, felt very overrated. The Modern Age was amazing, feeling almost like a one song wonder for me. From Alone, Together, onwards till the end the album felt nothing like it did at the beginning , invoking a different mood. Every song from song 6 onwards was a banger, it might just be that it took me a bit to warm up to the sound of this album ( will update on a second full listen). 8/10, absolute ... read more
