As someone who actually likes Jazz and Rap, this on paper is a match made in heaven. It was a match made in heaven. I'm not too familiar with Robert Flasper besides performing with Lupe a bit but I can safely say that this was great, worth a listen. Oh yea Lupe Fiasco is here too, didn't miss here either.

I just wanna take a moment to appreciate Against Us with Krizzle & Lupe. Just heavenly
Granted, its not as good as Cadillactica (for me). But in terms of the emotional impact this left. Holy shit, Get Away, Bury Me in Gold & Drinking Sessions are some of the deepest and most powerful songs I've ever heard. Other bangers like Big Bank, Keep the devil Off, Mixed Messages, Miss Georgia Fornia, Subenstein & Big K.R.I.T. were all bops and easily stand outs but Get Up 2 Come Down is my favorite off here. Yea, I get the hype now. I wish I could re-experience this album for the first just for the intro alone. GO! is fun & catchy as hell, Faithful & Tesity both hit. This is an almost flawless tracklist. They Say & Real People are just mid but fuck dude does this close out strong.
Also the best part of this album is the production, just beautiful instrumentals all around.

YES THE K.R.I.T. REDEMPTION IS REAL. After he dropped his two worst albums, K.R.I.T. came out with this record and my god is it a work of art. Not a masterpiece like Cadillactica but still a good even great album (not as good as 4eva is a Mighty Long Time tho). This shit is a vibe, The Everliving Sub Knocker is great.
