Love almost every song here, just don’t reay relisten to a lot of these songs on their own, just when it’s with the rest of the album.
Fav: Norf Norf
Worst: Ramona Park Legend, Pt. 1 (ik it’s not really a song but i had too hard of a time picking another one)
So much better than AFD.
Fav: November Rain
Worst: You Ain’t The First
Hopefully this means if we get another Radiohead album, it will at least be really good. Or at least we’ll know EOB’s part will for sure.
Fav: Blue Morpho
Worst: Thin Places
Some songs actually slap on here. Like, Nate is genuinely one of Vince’s best songs oat. I did also feel like I heard the same song 3 different times when I didn’t tho, or in other words, it was very repetitive.
Fav: Nate
Worst: Humble
The songs are ok, but there are way too much pointless filler here that really messes up the listening experience.
Fav: Twitch
Worst: SK la Sermon
Vince really be talking about the same shit throughout this whole mixtape. Also his bars are very generic and predictable af. Taxi is a banger tho, hope it gets released on to streaming.
Fav: Taxi
Worst: Beeper King Exclusive
Paul McCartney’s latest album until TBODL drops. It’s cool that he goes back to a 70s McCartney type of sound, but also it’s by far the weakest out of the trilogy.
Fav: The Kiss Of Venus
Worst: Lavatory Lil
This is my first time hearing Kenny Mason that’s not his feature on Dance Now. This dude sure can rap, and goddamn these beats go hard. Probably gonna tap into more of his music if it’s more like this.
Fav: TEST ME
Worst: DOOR SWANGIN
WE are blasting this throughout the whole summer!
Fav: Sunday Again
Worst: TRAUMA
Oof, this one’s a ruff one. Easily Paul McCartney’s worst written album, and if you listened to the explorers’ edition like me, you’ll know that it doesn’t at all get better with the writing but also with the instrumentals.
Fav: I Don’t Know
Worst: Fuh You
Every now and then, Paul McCartney will return to making pop rock music, and he will have a good album on his hands. It’s crazy how many times this has happened, even if it’s just twice.
Fav: New
Worst: Looking At Her
For a 69 year old man, those vocals are very soothing. That’s all that the album really got tho. It’s just mid jazz with good vocals.
Fav: My Valentine
Worst: The Inch Worm
Pretty good album, I’d say it’s pretty underrated. It’s nostalgic sounding, but also doesn’t ride the nostalgia train. It’s actually just good, with the nostalgia being a nice bonus.
Fav: The End of the End
Worst: Nod Your Head
And, now we back to soundtrack classical sounding music. It’s not that I don’t like this genre, far from it. I love soundtrack classical music, but Paul McCartney just can’t make it sound anything interesting or not make it feel like a drag.
Fav: Musica
Worst: Gratia
A showcase on how talent never leaves a man, just it sometimes is harder to find over time. Paul McCartney makes basically a better Driving Rain, with not only making better instrumentals, but also improving my biggest problems with his last album: the writing and album length. This album doesn’t drag at all and is written 10x better than Driving Rain.
Fav: Jenny Wren
Worst: I’ve Only Got Two Hands
Overhated and such a chill album. Definitely came in clutch when studying finals, but also just a great and interesting album from Paul in general. It’s mostly a showcase that Paul can make whatever music he wants, but his true talent will always be making Rock music. Don’t think people thought otherwise, but just in case they did…
Fav: Rinse the Raindrops
Worst: Freedom
I hate the collages and the songs are way too long. It’s not that I don’t think Paul could have made a good Collage album, it’s that he didn’t really make it look like he put in much effort with this one.
Fav: Plastic Beetle
Worst: Real Gone Dub Made in Manifest in the Vortex of the Eternal Now
I don’t like this album. It’s not that I don’t like Guns N’ Roses’ music, but it’s just that this album just doesn’t do anything crazy special for me. The most enjoyment I felt from this overly long album was hearing the very first track. That’s it, but also I can’t deny its impact and I do like some of the instrumentals.
Fav: Welcome to the Jungle
Worst: Anything Goes
I like the production, but some of the lyrics are lowkey wild.
Fav: That Don’t Make You a Gangsta
Worst: Stacka Dolla
Cloud Rap 15/100
Beats carry mid lyrics the album.
