Pretty nostalgic 2000s vibes on here, which males sense because it came out in 2007. The album is a bit too long, to the point where it grt really boring and repetitive near the end. The first half is really solid and I really liked the southern type of production on here. Cut the second half, and you’ve got an 85-90 score for this album from me.

This album already pleasing my biases with Master Hand on the cover. Probably the most life found here, these beats are mid and I’ve heard so much better from other NeonMatt projects like Pink Shards. +10 for Master Hand because Smash Bros is my fav game oat and again, I’m biased.

Cut it to just the first half, and it would’ve been a 10. The only song at the second half I found great was Growing Pains.

I saw a comment on the full album vid saying that this was their favorite written album oat, and better than tpab and another amazing rap album that I forgot he commented. I thought it was pretty interesting, but I unfortunately thought that the album was just ok. Except for We Got It!, that song is a hidden gem.

Pretty mixed album, with a lot of ok, pretty good and Remember Me tracks. Seriously tho, Remember Me is a huge standout here, it makes everything else seem a lot worse than they are.

I decided to do something that I don’t do much with my ratings, and calculate the average as my rating. I might do this more, I might not, thought it would be cool to tho. Anyways, the only two tracks I’d really go back to are Doo Whop & the title track. Everything else is just ok.

Only skips for me are Aegis and Next Life. This was my first Navy Blue album, and it sure did deliver all right. Definitely coming back to this for Belladonna and F.E.A.R. alone.

Blu somehow went from mid albums to a 10/10 as soon as he started working with Exile. Lots of Nas influence sprinkled throughout the project, which I really dig. Blu does his part well with the production, but Sene was only good for like a quarter of the tracks. He doesn’t ruin them, but they definitely could’ve been better.

I do like a lot of the tracks here, but nothing feels original. The themes that these songs go through are equivalent to the Toy Story 2 Buzz Lightyear Meme. They aren’t bad, but just lack a lot of character.
