black thought needs better producers because this album is just so disappointing. The middle of this album is unbelievably average considering how good bt does despite the mid production but the start and end are strong on this project nonetheless. Best songs: Good morning, steak um, fuel

blu outdoes himself time and time again on this album. Exile’s beat selection is perfect. This duo is one of the most underrated hip hop duos of all time. conception is one of the best songs in black thoughts entire catalogue; including his music as part of the roots. The production is angelic, and black thought just delivers bar after bar. Other than the final song though this album is nothing to write home about. It’s a good album but isnt as good as volume 1 unfortunately. Best songs: conception, get outlined, fentanyl
