The instruments in this is absolute a 10/10 for me but the screaming is just not quite my thing. I might end up liking those kind of vocals in the future but not for now
I found this pretty alright, just not my taste of Indie rock per se
I wanted to give deftones a listen and thought I would start from the start. My honest opinions on this is that it is just pretty alright, nothing to shout hurrah about, but probably an important piece for the band they shaped into.
Was going to give this 70, but the fortnite ping sample bumped it up a bit. This shit is pretty wild though, most definetly not for everyone, I don't even think it is that much for me. Was still a breath of fresh air though which made it enjoyable.
The first disc did not really catch me that much, but I found myself really enjoying the second disc actually.
The only thing this opium shit is, is shit. (Just not the bottom of the barrel of shit)
Definetly not my favorite album from Michelle but it is still good. I think I just prefer the more groovy nature of Jubilee. Still very excited to see her live.
DJ-o making some not very DJ-esque music. bwahahaha.
Jokes aside I found this album pretty fresh with a good blend of music that made it not very repetitive and had my attention from start to finish. Whilst I haven't heard any of his previous albums, I can only see this being a great addition to his catalogue. Also shows me that he can make more than just that tiktok one hit wonder.
Holy fuck. I don't know if the reviews of this are payed reviews or not. But for me this was some of the least enjoyable music I have ever listened too. I would rather relisten to Carti's new album or 37 minutes of hardcore russian hardstyle honestly. But I guess music is subjective and this was definetly not it for me.... (Minecraft firework sample was funny atleast)
I looooove I love I looooove I love this Album. R.E.P.O meme aside, I found Malcolm Todd some time ago after his release of Bleed as a single and loved it from the first listen. I saw that he had an album on the way (this album). Going into it I was honestly scared that the singles would be the only good songs on here but I honestly found almost all the songs on here very enjoyable. This album might end up being a big part of my summertime soundtrack this summer honestly.
This was great, while everyone else seems busy comparing this to their work with Isaac. I don't really care honestly, because they are clearly able to make AMAZING music. I will keep glazing and keep listening to this album in the future and I might even bump the rating up a bit. I don't know if it just because I have given them more time, but as of now my favorites might be the ones they already released as singles before hand. Not to undermine the other songs though. A song like ... read more
This album is actually so good, I knew nothing about them before hand and I don't even remember how I found them honestly but this will probably be something I will return to quite often
This was pleasantly surprising. Hearing them open for Tyler will probably be pretty hype
New album from Adèle from videoclub. This album is just good in my opinion. Not as good as "Euphories" for me but it is also a bit unfair to compare them but kinda unavoidable for me aswell. From what I understand the title translates to something along the lines of "Heart Broken" which makes sense if its about her break up with Matthieu (the other half of videoclub) but I don't know if it is for sure.
(Everything is fine looking album cover)
I was going to give this album a rating of like 85 but some tracks on here did miss quite a bit in my opinion and it would probably would have been better if a few of the tracks were scrapped, but that is just my opinion and that only affects the experience when listening to it as a whole. Still really good overall thought and definetly worth a listen
Goated Travis album with some goated Trap tracks. Even though I have listened to a lot of his songs before this is my first time listening to a whole album of him. Thought I would start from the start with Rodeo, which is also probably his most praised album. I do think it deserves praise, this is some great stuff. Excited to give his other albums a listen
Wow the wait is finally over and it was worth it. I see no world where this isn't album of the year, beating out the likes of Drake's new album. Honestly if I was someone like A$AP ROCKY, Swans or Black Country, New Road, I would wait with dropping my album till next year. This album is that good, it will probaly be the only thing people talk about for the rest of the year when it comes to music. I honestly can't imagining listening to songs not from this albums tracklist and I ... read more
It is always sad when someone passes too early no matter if they have some amazing talent or not. In this case though we did lose someone with talent, Jeff can sing like very few are able to. It makes me wonder if we sadly lost him before he could make his magnum opus? We will never know but this is amazing enough as is so I don’t care that much honestly. A true album to be proud of.
Anyways Playboi Carti should have dropped music….
