Safe to say that I obviously didn't read the straight to your face EDM/ambient tag, but who cares right. It was the best decision I could have made, because I didn't come prejudiced and I actually enjoyed this record to the fullest. Really interesting and can I say even a bit pragmatic? Smoothing, rural and longingly sad. This album, while it could have done better with the end of its runtime, shook me with some really depressing lyrics. While the instrumentals are a bit lacking somewhere here and there, it explores suprisingly well the country aspect of a woman's life. Very promising, I'm sure I'll see something better from their next projects
I'd start by saying that the production was amazing, really setting is stone what hyper/electro pop really can be. Love the cover, it sets an interesting contrast between the album and its themes and vibe. Swag lyrics, super dirty and horny as they need to be, while still having some depth and a great story to tell. I get why everyone says this is really good. Can I say it does the image that brat invented and sold even better? Electronic music done really good
