solid start to the lorna saga, though the mix leaves quite a bit to be desired
you can definitely hear the talent these guys have for making some of the most brutal music in the scene
my favorite deathcore album of all time. brutally heavy at a breakneck pace while also being so epic i could slay a dragon in hell while listening to this. feels like lorna shore on steroids, but a part of me thinks this is the blueprint lorna shore looked at before crafting their works
converge fucking did it again. after five years they still hit like a goddamn truck, worth the wait
death’s doorstep. it’s a torrential storm of riffs and screams that leave you awestruck, dazed, terrified and headbanging until your neck fucking breaks
happy 40th anniversary to this absolute classic. legendary album and its praise is DESERVED
an absolute experience. completely fucking shattered me with how well everything flows together and creates an atmosphere, while carrying the theme of loss and despair and having some of the craziest breakdowns in the game
the start to one of the greatest three album stretches in metal history. hits hard af
half of this is fucking insane the other half is the kinda octane bullcrap i’d expect from falling in reverse or something
still had a blast tho 😂
pretty dope remaster tbh, the original went hard af too but this is a pretty sizeable improvement and the whole things on my playlist now 😂
knocked loose motherfucker.
deep in the willow - 88
everything is quiet now - 91
the riffs are so on point it carries this album to a high score, well done.
amazing honestly, pure emotional release in an angry swirl, love this album
