como que a gurizada escuta isso daqui? tipo sinceramente, não é ofensivamente ruim, isto é, não dá desgosto de ouvir, mas não tem nada que se destaque e faça eu querer escutar qualquer uma das músicas de novo. amanhã não vou lembrar de nada desse álbum (exceto a letra de wood talvez? que bagulho tenebroso).
felt similar to remain in light in the sense that one of the project’s halves is far more special and memorable. side A is very good tho.
it’s fucking insane that this is pre-9/11.
western is one of the easiest 10’s i’ve heard recently. the rest is good and excellently mixed, the songs get VERY busy and disorienting, but in a very good and interesting way. you can hear every layer of sound. i praise this album for bringing this much passion to math rock, which as a genre never captured me and always felt very gimmicky.
probably won’t be coming back to this that much, but it’s great nevertheless.
