I've always wanted to listen to GY!BE, and this album did nothing but make me want to listen to more of their music.
The extremely long track build a gorgeous industrial dark atmosphere, and the short tracks are like little breaks for you to catch your breath. It's so beautiful how an instrumental album can be so engaging. The mixing and how it blends all the instruments and makes them feel like one instrument is so amazing. Also the strings at the end, GOD I didn't an ending like this to the ... read more
The instrumentation that shifts from dream pop to hard rock and back to dream pop then to alternative rock and how the vocals hold the album together make it feel so cohesive but still managing to provide a new vibe on every song. There isn't one thing that the album talks about, it handles different subjects it starts off talking about anxiety then goes to talk about betrayal and starting over and bunch of other subjects which makes the album's songwriting feel a bit messy, but at least it ... read more
Everything about this album is painfully average, including Anderson .Paak How the fuck can you make Anderson average??!!! Also, WHY THE FUCK IS THERE FIVE INTERLUDES, THAT ADD NOTHING, IN A MOTHERFUCKING EP???!!!
Best Tracks: Bodies, Pick Up Your Feelings,
Worst Tracks: On It, Donna's Tale, Rashida's Tale, Amanda's Tale
It's like taking a walk in a forest, everything around you is so beautiful, you feel connected with everything, the trees, the bushes, the dirt. It feels so poetic even though there is no words at all, it's just music, good old classical music with some modern electronic music to spice things up. I've never heard anything like this and I don't think I'll ever will. The only bad thing about this album is that it is split into 9 songs instead of being one long ass cohesive masterpiece of a song.
I've never connected with an album so quickly.
This album is really well-put together, it has a really beautiful human vibe throughout it. I haven't listened to
too many Weezer albums, so I can't compare this to any of their works. Anyway, The strings on the album are gorgeous, the songwriting is so simple yet so pretty and sometimes a bit dark, Rivers' vocals are charming, It has incredibly catchy melodies. Also It's a bop.

There was room for improvement. But the album is still pretty good nonetheless.
FINNEAS out did himself on the production creating a different sound than the one that appeared on Billie's last album, which was more trap based, he created a gorgeous atmosphere on this album, also the songwriting has improved greatly. Billie hasn't found a solid sound yet, which makes the album feel all over the place.

Tyler is the the new Kanye West. Handling a different sound on each album.
Tyler went back to his original hip hop roots but brought with him the essence of Flower Boy and IGOR, which makes this album a mix of everything Tyler made but it still manages to sound very new. Tyler handles different emotions, topics and sound, which makes you fell like you’re traveling between different regions of Tyler’s mind. DJ Drama gets annoying over the course of the album.

It's fun. I don't know why people say it's boring.
Shawn has an amazing voice and amazing control over it. The production is groovy and just something to dance to.
This album doesn't offer something too special and you shouldn't look too deep into it. It's just a record you play when you want to have a fun time, or to stop people running away from you after you introduced them to Death Grips.

This is Industrial and Dream Pop. Don't ask me how the fuck does this shit work.
The production is really compelling. The switch constantly between industrial and dreamy but still feeling cohesive. The song writing and the subjects that are discussed on this album are about how SOPHIE is a transgender woman and her struggles as a one, and it's really fucking empowering.

Oh Shit!!! is the hardest album opener ever.
Alright, so this is pretty hard, it doesn't slow up on any track, it just keeps going for the whole album runtime. The thing that stands out for me the most, is the production, like god damn Parker Corey's skills are really impressive. Examples of that are The sample on Bad Boys 3 and how he uses it, and the extremely hard hitting 808s on Eeny Meeny Miny Moe.
Parker Corey isn't the only talented person. Ritchie with a T has an amazing flow, a lively ... read more
I just can't comprehend how does Kanye provides Something totally different on every record.
Kanye West's second studio album mixes laid back, chill and overall better production than the one that is found on The College Dropout, but keeping the same level of lyricism. Additionally, It has some great features that add so much to each song. And the skits are best I have ever heard.
Also, can someday tell me how does Kanye find those samples? cause they're fucking incredible.

Sometimes not trying to do something unique is the best route. At least that's the case with this.
The Guitars on this are incredible

Anthony, You just made me waste three hours of my life on this. I hate you.
This has some really high highs and some really low lows. Cut most the material on here (especially the first disc) and you have the perfect Sound Collage album.
The Text-to-Speech vocals are the absolute worst and they occur on almost every track.
A Doughnut In the Sky: Is mostly shit, with some good to decent tracks, nothing great.
On the Team: More experimental, more trippy, more good. But still nothing too ... read more
Listening to this after hearing Beyoncé and Lemonade, this just doesn't feel right.
It's just usual mainstream pop nothing special at all, also it becomes anthemic on a track then on the next track it's calm and boring, It switches between tracks roughly. Additionally, the same subject is discussed on every song, JAY-Z.
Best Tracks: 1+1, I Care, Rather Die Young, Start Over, Love On Top, Countdown
Worst Tracks: I Miss You, I Was Here, Run the World (Girls)
This should've been shorter and it would have been perfect.

So for my 100th rating I decided to review the first album that I have ever listened to (Don't judge me I was an idiot)
At the time that I listened to this I wasn't really interested in music, I just used to listen to what ever was playing on the radio.
A friend told me about this band, specifically their songs Believer and Thunder, I liked them (again I was an idiot), and I was hungry for more so I started searching and I found about this album, gave it a listen and Imagine Dragons became my ... read more
