Kanye West has been trapped in a cycle of mediocrity for the last almost 5 years of his career. His work has been so outwardly bland and mediocre, as well as becoming increasingly bigoted in line with his delusional views of antisemitism in his actual life. He has been constantly surrounded by yes-men who serve no other purpose other than appealing to Kanye's ego, leading to his music sounding so obviously lazy and at some points unfinished.
