Some really beautiful choice of samples, edited and communicated on this little comfy carpet ride that popped, locked, but feels ultimately so tender and sweet. Warm and very pleasantly bright, like a fires glow to a spooky affectionate message. It was wooly good ❤️

Absolutely love this kind of maximalism. I'm a sucker for a girlie pop disco music where it's just stacking and stacking rich af textures even if it's such a simple, easy to understand melodic idea for each song. I think I loved everything about this? It's got amazing actors, and a lot of the music is this incredibly demonic inspiration from Stravinsky's classical compositions. The operatic vocals are far reaching and capable of shaking the very earth. Every single character feels absolutely wretched, completely insane except for maybe Johanna (rightfully so). I absolutely adored everything about this production, and if anyone tries to convince you that you need to be there, or the visual version to enjoy this record, they would be highly incorrect. This is by far one of the best album musicals I've heard in a long time.
