John Coltrane - A Love Supreme
100

everything that needs to be said about this has been. It's just flawless

John Coltrane - Giant Steps
90

you will never be this talented

Björk - Medúlla
85

a very challenging concept executed masterfully

Björk - Volta
85

after many listens I don't see how people can think it is anything other than special. Many stylistic U-turns in here and some really atmospheric production

Björk - Post
90

this album is so cool, björk is TBE.

Björk - Vespertine
100

there is so much warmth in this freezing album. It is simply perfection from both a vocal and production standpoint

Björk - Debut
80

the beginning of something very special

Dave Brubeck - Time Out
85

strange meadow lark- what a hypnotically beautiful song

Arthur Verocai - Arthur Verocai
100

ABSOLOUTELY PERFECT- DO NOT LIVE WITHOUT HEARING THIS

D'Angelo - Brown Sugar
85

what a fantastically smooth record. Such a legend

Captain Beefheart - Trout Mask Replica
95

WHAT AN ALBUM! honestly took me years to genuinely really love it but some of the songs are legitimate bangers. It's just mad in the best way

Casiopea - recorded LIVE and BEST ~ Early Alfa Years
95

I'm treating this as their 1985 live album from the ryogoku kokugikan in Tokyo as for some reason it's not on here. That is one of the best, if not the best, live shows ever captured

Casiopea - Casiopea
90

simply peak music. what an unrivalled vibe.

Fela Kuti & The Africa '70 With Ginger Baker - Live!
90

the power couple no one would expect. This isn't ginger at his most powerful, but in a sense the reserved funkiness is far more suited for the Africa 70's sound. One of my favourite live albums

Gil Scott-Heron - Pieces of a Man
90

what a voice man. just beautiful.

Jaco Pastorius - Word of Mouth
85

dipping more into Jaco's mind as a composer, word of mouth is less of the greatest bassist to ever live trying to display that, and more of him trying (and succeeding brilliantly) to show the word his unique compositional mind

Jaco Pastorius - Jaco Pastorius
100

no album exists that has done as much for a single instrument as this. Genius, effortlessly cool and truly revolutionary in every sense of the word. Words can not begin to do justice how forward thinking and masterfully composed this album is!

Nick Drake - Bryter Layter
90

such a peaceful and listenable album. I think the minimalism and isolation of pink moon suits drake more, but to say that the album is this good when drake felt like the songs were over-indulgent is such a credit to this lost genius.

Nick Drake - Pink Moon
100

oh go on then

Meshuggah - Chaosphere
85

I would argue that it is their best album. Neurotica is a proper banger, highlight of the album for sure. HEAD BANGING SHIT!
