It's JPEGMAFIA once again releasing one of the most chaotic, yet cohesive albums of 2024. I really can't decide if I like this or LP! more. While I generally prefer LP!s instrumental palette, it's a little more bloated than I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU in some cases, clocking in at a runtime of 55 minutes.

I mean, what's there to say about this project that hasn't been said already? For his second album ever, this is pretty fucking fantastic. The orchestral instrumentation all over it gives it a very luxurious and elegant feeling. Kanye is also probably at his most humble point in terms of writing on Late Registration, openly talking about black struggle among many other things. One of the most influential and groundbreaking records in the rap genre, laying the groundwork for many SoundCloud artists nowadays along with Kid Cudi who also had a huge influence on the newer generations, specifically people like Trippie Redd, Lil Uzi Vert or Travis Scott.
That being said, it's definitely more inconsistent than some other Kanye albums like MBDTF.
