Witt Lowry - Nevers Road

I wanted to revisit this album because it genuinely means so much to me. I saw this album live back in October of 2019. My first concert ever. My heart was racing because not only was I extremely excited, but I was also in the VIP line to meet Witt Lowry, my favorite artist at the time. Ever since that night I've come back to this album hundreds of times and every time I have a mixed feeling about it. I either think it's extremely mid or really fucking good. But I think I've finally made my ... read more

I loved Your City Gave Me Asthma so much that I was hoping Wilbur was going to be able to be up to par with it, but this was just disappointing. I much prefer his previous style rather than this more "corporate pop" sounding album. The lows on YCGMA are higher than the highs on this album, which is unfortunate. I hope that Wilbur figures out his style eventually because he has great potential.

Trippie Redd - Saint Michael V2

i genuinely don’t think this guy can create good music

Quadeca - SCRAPYARD III

He was right when he said this is the best pack. EVEN IF I TRIED is probably one of my favorite quad songs made. EASIER is a simple but pretty track. GUESS WHO? was overhyped by everyone who got the pack early (like me), but its still good. The switch ups in both EVEN IF I TRIED and GUESS WHO? are both really good though. Solid pack.

quannnic - Stepdream

Back in 2021 Quannnic released a really enjoyable debut album. I thought it was unique and it featured a lot of sounds that I hadn't really heard, which made it stand out compared to other shoegaze records, but what I think Quannnic has created here is just boring. His vocals are boring and at some points overwhelming, not in a good way. The instrumentals are lacking so much character, which makes them just boring. This album just feels to mainstream in a way that it just doesn't stand out from ... read more

파란노을 [Parannoul] - After the Magic
83

"Magical" is the only way I can describe this album, exactly how Parannoul intended.

This is a beautiful album, like very beautiful. The high points are extremely high and the low points are, well... nonexistent. There are some spectacular moments on this album, the best ones being "Polaris", "We Shine at Night", and "Sound Inside Me, Waves Inside You". Some of the production on this album is honestly unlike anything I've heard this year. This definitely ... read more

Quadeca - SCRAPYARD II

Way better than the first pack by far. DUSTCUTTER is my favorite track off the vinyl exclusives and I've wanted an extension of UNDER MY SKIN since he posted the snippet on his Twitter, so I'm really happy we finally got that. Unfortunately, I felt that I MAKE IT LOOK EFFORTLESS was kinda a useless track on this installment but it's still a cool track, just kinda bland.
