The sound design is good, but the mixing is bad enough that it really kills the experience.
I'm not a hater of hardstyle by any means, but this just feels incredibly tacky.
Coming back to this review, MUST DIE! did this schtick 10x better with BLISS2K, and that song is 6 years old. You can mix hardstyle and dubstep well, but this ain't it.
Either do hardstyle or do a straight hard dance drop, but for the love of God don't be bipolar with your choice of genre.
Ubur's last project and I wish I could say he went out with a bang, but I honestly left feeling underwhelmed.
Pretty decent material. Probably does the best job at being cohesive as far as any EPs I've heard this year.
This cover made me think that Justin Bieber had a feature on 808s and heartbreak.
This single represents a sharp change in direction for Chime that could have easily been seen as a cheap attempt to hop on the OG dubstep inspired trend that's been going around recently. But these tracks are so good, and the change in direction comes an honest enough place that it ends up being some of the freshest EDM music I've heard this year.
