Seriously though this stuff genuinely rivals some of the material from when Isaac was in the band. I know they're the same band and stuff but the fact that they've been able to pick themselves up and put together this stuff in under a year is just incredible. Hats off !
Stylistically, this feels like the most mature of all five records. 'Lungs' was playfully creative and mysterious, while 'High As Hope' was emotionally stripped back and honest. They all had consistent themes (for better or for worse), but 'Dance Fever', for me, really rivals 'Lungs' as their best.

Nah seriously, that'd be Lana Del Rey.
This album is everything Lil Yachty's 2023 release should have been. At points, it has the same sort of psychedelic vibes which I LOVE, and was really wishing I could love with Yachty's album. I'm able to actually ENJOY the songs on this project because Yachty's obnoxiously autotuned vocals aren't layered on top. And Yves Tumor actually has a really nice voice.

I was tossing up between a high 7 and 8, but decided on the 8 because of the unique sound this project has.
At the start, in the first few tracks, I was worried that this album would be 45 minutes of the same, but the second half has some incredible highlights that can’t go uncredited.
