improves very much on the sad indie girl sound populated by clairo and the sorts
i loved clairo's latest album and it's clear as day that benee takes some inspiration from claire's tiny bits of experimentation and puts them in full display, while playing the genre to an inch.
doesn't reinvent the wheel but it keeps the genre alive/relevant, breaks very much away from the hit Supalonely.
