keshi - Requiem
80

Been a keshi fan for a long time. His debut is really sentimental to me and is a really well produced album. The length was the only issue. This time, keshi blessed us with the length of this album. All the singles were chosen perfectly and I loved them all, especially Say. However, I didn't expect this whole album to be THAT good. It is wonderful. Such an evolution from his first album, but it's even better, because we still do hear some old keshi vibes. Lyrics totally killed it and ... read more

Benson Boone - Fireworks & Rollerblades
70

Before Beautiful Things came out, I didn't know Benson, but later I realized he created so many songs I actually knew that are included on this album. This is a solid debut record and a really long one. Some songs might seem similar to each other, but most of them really caught and blessed my ears. I still listen to some to this day and I really do think Benson did his best here and that this album is worth a listen. I completely do not understand all the negative ratings here, but people ... read more

Gracie Abrams - The Secret of Us
70

I will be honest - I didn't listen to any song of Gracie's before this album. Knew she was there for a while, knew she released albums, but never took a listen. However her album announcement showed up on my page and I became interested about the album. I must tell, that even if it's more of a slower album, it has bangers that I listen to obsessively. As a whole project, it's also good. It's pretty long and the last few tracks excluding Close To You are pretty ... read more

Camila Cabello - C,XOXO
70

I didn't have positive expectations for this album. I didn't like the lead single, but later it grew on me. After the first listen to the whole album, I was horribly disappointed. I loved Camila's work and I did see it as a glow down. However, after some time spent on listening to some songs from this record, the whole album grew on me and I actually kind of love it. The interludes are horribly unnecessary (I would see pink xoxo as a good one tho) and I hate it makes the album so ... read more

Billie Eilish - HIT ME HARD AND SOFT
80

Going into this album as not a fan of Billie was interesting. Didn't have any expectations, just wanted to check if the hype was deserved - it was. I really didn't think I'd like this album, but I did and even as not a fan, I must claim it is one of the best albums this year. The imaginery, metaphores - the whole lyricism is on a really high and creative level and production for sure as well. FINNEAS never disappoints and him and Billie are a wonderful duo that made another big ... read more

Charli xcx - BRAT
80

Crash was one of my favorite 2022 records and I can't hide I still love it. brat is a big evolution. This is what Charli wanted to make and what Charli felt she was good at... and she is. As I don't like fully hyperpop albums, this one is something else. Production is on a high level and the creativity is insane. The album cover may leave you confused and may make you think, that it makes the album boring, but... well, just take a listen. Known and liked Charli for a while, this album ... read more

Normani - DOPAMINE

We've been waiting and waiting not even knowing if this album would even be released, but here we have it. What I must say is that it had to grow on me. After the first listen I wasn't quite sure if I liked it or not. However, after listening to it a few times - I became totally obsessed. Such a solid debut album that can make you dance, cry, then dance again. I truly liked all the songs and some of them are definitely on my "Favorite 2024 songs" list. Normami did an amazing ... read more

Dua Lipa - Radical Optimism (Extended Versions)
85

Despite all the hate she got I don't even know for what - she served. The album explores similar themes and styles of music Dua created, but it still feels like something fresh. It's a really summery album and I love ones like these. It's not her best album, but definitely not her worst. I really enjoyed listening to this album and I still sometimes do, but I would love it to be longer.

Sabrina Carpenter - Short n' Sweet
95

She left quite an impression... and one of the best albums this year. It is Sabrina's year and she finally got what she deserved after 10 years of her hard work - the public recognition and acclaim. When I first heard Espresso, I knew that her album would be something different and beautiful - is it? It definitely is. We never saw this brutally hilarious, unserious and same time - serious side of Sabrina, and it's one of the best aspects. The singles chosen perfectly, the lyrics ... read more

Ariana Grande - eternal sunshine
90

One of the best (if not the best) Ariana's records. We can hear that she evolved, she's been through really rough and tough times + a marriage that didn't work out. She really did describe what she felt in the best way possible. Even tho we have an interlude and an intro on this album, I can't skip a song on it. I can only complain that it's too short, because it definitely is. Thank U, Next is her brutally personal record and I feel like this album is its sister, which ... read more

Taylor Swift - THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT
90

Imo, her best album lyrically. No album ever hit me like this one. Taylor's songwriting was always top tier, but this album's lyrics are ten thousand times more than top tier. One of my Taylor's favorite albums. The more you listen, the more you "feel" the album. Taylor's a poet and we're there for her.

Mimi Webb - Amelia
85

I'm a big fan of pop, dance-pop and energetic music, this album is what I was looking for my whole life. This album is just a masterpiece, the songs are really creative, lyrics hit hard. My personal favorites are Both Of Us, The Other Side and Red Flags but I obviously love the whole LP. I'm a big fan of her's since the album came out, I'm kinda surprised about people's low ratings but I do understand everyone has different taste in music and opinion about it. For me, it's a total masterpiece, ... read more
