Kid Cudi - INSANO
36

is kid cudi one of the most hit or miss artists we’ve seen potentially ever? i think it’s just that bit more disappointing when a cudi album is like this because i’m aware of the heights he can perform to

Ariana Grande - eternal sunshine
41

while i can’t really throw much negative toward the lyrics i thought the project as a whole was fairly bland, especially for arianas standards. i think she has more to offer vocally

Faye Webster - Underdressed at the Symphony
59

it’s tricky because i think it’s very sweet sounding, and simplicity can sometimes be the best thing. but really there’s just no uhy to this. it’s probably going to grow on me. but i think the minimalism combined with the consistent repetitions left me wanting more

ScHoolboy Q - BLUE LIPS
81

this was the first schoolboy q album i listened to desite hearing a few tracks and features of his. shits cool! there were parts of the album whilst they were playing that i almost thought i shouldn't be enjoying, because they sounded a bit abrasive/grating, but i was still bopping to it. the pulled back production made for a really smooth listen

MGMT - Loss of Life
71

i like it, it’s interesting. it can be both an easy listen, and an album you can really pick apart and learn to love.

Yeat - 2093
71

im inclined to believe he has actually been to 2093. some parts of it are a bit goofy, and i think he would serve a life sentence if they drug tested him throughout the entire production process, but overall it's a pretty epic sounding futuristic album.

Drake - Honestly, Nevermind
37

honestly, i almost forgot i listened to this album, nevermind

The Weeknd - Dawn FM
73

seriously jim carrey? it's jim carrey? no way is that jim carrey. jim freaking carrey? that's so cool

Djo - DECIDE
62

i appreciate how much jo keery tries to do on this album. and i think the majority of the time it comes off, but there's times that it feels a bit janky and rigid

Quadeca - SCRAPYARD
88

again great production, and some very unique sounds throughout. quadeca seems to continue to push boundaries and experiment, i'm here for it

Declan McKenna - What Happened to the Beach?
53

declan has charm, and some really well-put together songs. but looking at this as a whole project, it either feels like it's moving too slowly or not in unison, it doesn't flow like i want it to

The Smile - Wall of Eyes
80

i got through the whole album before i realised it's half radiohead. i don't know how that makes me feel

15

even if i "separate the art from the artist" - which i'm not going to do - it's bland and forgettable. a fall from grace

Little Simz - Drop 7
60

a step in a slightly different direction for little simz, i can't say i like it as much as i do her previous work

The Last Dinner Party - Prelude to Ecstasy
97

AND YOU CAN HOLD ME. LIKE HE HELD HER. AND I WILL ;) YOU. LIKE NOTHING MATTERS

seriously this album is awesome. so many grandiose booming moments across the whole project, really well put together. the song topics and lyrics are as beautiful as they sound. considering this is the bands first album i’m so so excited for the future.

adding on to this later on. i've boosted up the score, i can't believe how well this album stayed with me. i've now seen them live and they ... read more

Future Islands - People Who Aren't There Anymore
73

nice and consistent production. when mixed with the vocals it feels like a sound that has been fine tuned over a long time

Cheekface - It's Sorted
63

im from england, is this the midwest?

Lyrical Lemonade - All Is Yellow
60

as much as there are some cool highlights to this album, is there actually much that can be credited to lyrical lemonade?
..also....where aaare yeeeewwwww

8

If you really really buy into it then there's some fun to be had. Then again I can say the same about eating cat food

Young Fathers - Heavy Heavy
83

woooaahhhh this is groovy. really unique and some catchy tunes on this.
