RE-DO BECAUSE MY OTHER REVIEW WAS HIGHKEY BUNS (Examples as to why: I overused the word amazing, I had Jóga as my fav and worst despite being the 2nd best song, and didn't go to in-depth with the production. I was highkey tired when making the review, but that's not an excuse so imma rework this review)
Day 3 of my Björk discography deep dive, we are at Homogenic, an album I've great things about. But to be far, I can say that for a lot of Björk albums. This ... read more

We have finally reached the finale of my re-reviews of popular albums. I've done Currents, IGOR, Blonde, and Rodeo. So I decided to review one of the best concept albums of all time. good kid, m.a.a.d city is the major label debut of rapper Kendrick Lamar, coming off of his technical debut album Section.80 which showed major potential from Kendrick to be a force as a rapper especially in the writing department. This album basically turns that potential into a truth very easily, it's ... read more
We're continuing my run of Björk albums, yesterday I heard debut for the first time and thought it was a great album. I liked it a lot, you should check out that review. Now it's time for this second album, Post. It's right off the bat more extroverted and all over the place than Debut. While Debut was still a weird album, this makes the weirdness go up another level. It's very weird, colorful, vibrant, noisy, and outgoing, it has a lot of personality to it. The ... read more
Blonde is an album that I connect with a lot, due to its intimacy, vulnerability and relatable themes. It has gotten me through grief, loss, and depression. Blonde and Ctrl are albums that I consider to be pretty important to my life both musically and literally. They've both gotten me through so many hardships I've experienced, some stuff I might mention later on in the review if I remember to. But enough about me, let's talk about this iconic masterpiece of an album. Blonde is ... read more
Vince drops another banger ahead of his album, Crybaby, and it has me convinced that might be Rap AOTY for me. I'm loving the Rap Rock sound he's had on these singles, I've been very intrigued with not only the sound of the album, but just the overall album as well.
Much like my review for IGOR, this is just a remake of that review to see if I can make a better review, I only have a few more select old reviews from myself to do. I decided to do this one for @L1GHTN1NGSU1, as he's the biggest Travis Scott glazer on the site.
Following the prelude mixtape to this album, "Days Before Rodeo." Travis decides to finally release his highly anticipated debut album, Rodeo. What it would become is not only a classic in its respective genre, but ... read more
I've recently decided to re-review all of my old reviews for popular albums as I feel as if I can make some better reviews for them. My old review for said albums with be at the end of my reviews. This will only be done for a select few reviews, not all of my old reviews.
IGOR is viewed by many, including myself, to be Tyler's magnum opus and his best project. It's often regarded as one of the best albums of the 2010s and even all-time by some people, with good reason for such. ... read more
Before I get into this review, I want to shout out to the people that got me interested in listening to Björk finally

Now onto the actual review, this is a weird album in an amazing way. Her vocals are amazing throughout the entire album, they're very passionate you can even hear them crack on some songs. The production is very eclectic, it shifts from vibey, dancey house production to jazz instrumentation to ambient tracks that ... read more
This is probably Don's best song, I don't know why he left it off the original album at all. The atmospheric trap beat over his psychedelic vocals are so amazing and are a great pairing together. I may not like Don as an artist, but you can't deny that this isn't a banger of a song.
It's time I finally heard this album for the first time, I've been wanting to listen to this for a while. But I just kept off putting it and delaying it, this is finally that time I hear this album. The production on this album is amazing, the way it blends upbeat tracks with more acoustic and intimate tracks is pretty good. It never feels random or out of place, it actually contributes to the album's storytelling to me. The writing is amazing, it feels personal and intimate. The ... read more
Corey Lingo clears Drake in 2026, but on a serious note. This mixtape was surprisingly good. It feels reminiscent of the 2010s Drake, which is very obvious from the homage to 'Thank Me Later' with its cover. The vocals from Corey are amazing, that's the main highlight of this mixtape for me. His vocals and melodies are extremely addicting, I love how he's able to balance both his rapping and singing performances on the album. He needs way more recognition than what he's ... read more
This is genuinely one of my favorite albums of all-time, if you didn't know, I actually like psychedelic music a lot. I just love the atmospheric and hazy production of psychedelia music, it just sounds so satisfying and immersive. But on with the album, Currents is one of my favorite albums of all-time due to not only the amazing psychedelic and synth production but because of the melodic and ethereal vocals throughout the entire album. It just scratches an itch for me, I don't know ... read more
Heaven or Hell is a project many consider to be Don's best project. But at the same time, this album caused a good amount of people calling Don a Travis Scott clone or someone that can't deliver on albums and is only a feature artist. I can definitely say I can see the comparisons to Travis both have that kind of psychedelic trap/atmospheric production on their projects. The production on this album is pretty solid, they sound pretty good with Don's vocals. The production gives ... read more
I decided to finally face my fears after listening to Detour, so I decided to relisten to Slut Pop Miami, because why not… 🥲. My initial listen left me scarred at how sexual and ass it was, while the sexual lyrics don't affect me like they initially did, they're still pretty bad and make me cringe. I hated the sound effects on Gag on It, why did we need to hear that gng. The production sounds very repetitive to me, Dr. Puke, you've done it again with your terrorism. ... read more
This is honestly a great song, I can see why people don't like it. It can feel bland to some, but it doesn't feel that way to me. I love the vocals from Ariana, the production is fire. It's not gonna be this mega hit song, but it's still a pretty enjoyable song to me. Also my GOAT @rbbaddie's review is top 1 review on this site.
Frank Ocean deadass dropped two classics and disappeared, let's start with his debut album, channel ORANGE. This is very clearly a classic album, not only for R&B but to the genre of Alternative R&B. It's a very warm and summer album, it's fitting I'm reviewing it now and summer is coming up, if not already here. It has a very hazy, sun-drenched, and very colorful atmosphere to it, which contributes to the warm, smooth, and breezy production. The vocals by Frank are ... read more
This is my first official introduction to Kim Petras (Slut Pop Miami don't count, it doesn't exist). She left a really good first impression on me, I've heard about the single run she went on and the project before this, Pretour. But I never really checked those out due to me being pretty scarred by Slut Pop Miami, but I decided to finally put that aside and listen to this project. It did not disappoint, it's an extremely fun album filled with a bunch of club bangers. What ... read more
