Boris - あくまのうた [Akuma no uta]
80

Although long droning tracks aren't really my thing this album was definitely an enjoyable experience.

Sodom - M-16
80

Sodom releasing a banger thrash metal album. This is Sodom at their peak. brutal and relentless the riffs go so hard it's unreal.

Kreator - Pleasure to Kill
85

Absolute essential extreme metal album. This laid the groundwork for much of the extreme metal in the future. The guitar tone is sharp and the drums are relentless. This album gives absolutely no breathing room for relaxation, constant speed and constant thrashing which I love. Truly an amazing and influential album.

Sodom - The Arsonist
70

Not a bad album by any means but feels very repetitive at times. Sodom has a sound that they stick to. But maybe it's time for something new?

Darkthrone - A Blaze in the Northern Sky
80

Darkthrone made a very dark chilling album with this one. It feel like your alone in a forest at night in winter. It creates a truly chilling atmosphere that I look for in Black Metal.

Darkthrone - Soulside Journey
70

Very solid Death Metal from a band that had yet to reach their peak. Although Darkthrone is mostly known for their black metal this is still a very solid Death Metal album from them and it showcased what was yet to come from these Black Metal pioneers.

In Flames - The Jester Race
80

Very solid outing from In Flames just some good melodeath that is very solid

A$AP Rocky - LIVE.LOVE.A$AP
100

Absolute floating on this album. The production is ethereal and the way A$AP Rocky carries himself on these beats is so effortless. Truly a perfect album and one the best albums of the 2010s

Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral
95

Probably one of the best concept albums of all time. NIN shows they can make an abrasive experimental sound and bring it to the mainstream with songs like Closer being very popular. But to me what really makes this album a 10/10 is the concept. It truly excellently showcases a downward spiral with each song having it's own story.

At The Gates - Slaughter of the Soul
100

At the Gates have nailed their sound on this album. Although each song sounds similar there's never a dull moment. It's short and straight to the point. This is Melodeath at it's absolute peak we only go down from here.

Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out
90

Clipse shows that they've still got it after all this time

Deftones - private music
85

Deftones blew me away with this one. Deftones is now in the GOAT conversation when it comes to rock bands. Because very few have been this good for this long. The guys have been going crazy since 1995.

JPEGMAFIA & Danny Brown - SCARING THE HOES
100

My new favorite hip hop album of all time so chaotic but it works so well

Alice in Chains - Jar of Flies
100

Jar of flies? More like Jar of Cries

Crowbar - Sonic Excess in its Purest Form
85

Crushing, heavy, and beautiful at the same time.

Wu-Tang Clan - Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
100

WU-TANG FOREVER
The best 90s hip hop album of all time and maybe even the best hip hop album of all time. The flows and delivery on this album are one of a kind and RZA’s production is just amazing.

Megadeth - Rust in Peace
100

The greatest thrash metal album of all time. The technicality is insane, you listen to some parts of this album and ask-How did they even do that? A lot of people tend to hate on Dave Mustaine’s vocals but they fit perfectly on this album. Overall one my top 5 favorite albums of all time.

Metallica - Ride the Lightning
100

Classic Thrash Metal album, this is easily the best album Metallica has ever made. The riffs are infectious, the vocals are on point, and the songs are absolute headbangers. Favorite track-Creeping Death

Jane Remover - Revengeseekerz
95

It’s amazing how this album is able to keep up this much energy throughout the whole thing. There’s just so much going on the instrumentals. There’s never a dull moment. Definitely a contender for AOTY this year.
