Kanye West - 808s & Heartbreak
85

Never, ever thought Kanye would make a song like Paranoid lol. This is really good stuff.

Kanye West - Graduation
90

Two songs I don't care for but the other ones are basically masterpieces.

Kanye West - Late Registration
100

I think just as good as College Dropout. Kanye levels up his humour, but also his reflective abilities, using incredible beats but letting himself be the star more often.

Kanye West - The College Dropout
100

Changed my life, I don't care much for skits, but somehow even those became classics here

Caroline Polachek - Desire, I Want to Turn Into You
90

I wanna stay on this island forever

Carly Rae Jepsen - Dedicated Side B
85

A little less solid than side a. but it's Carly what do you want me to say?

Carly Rae Jepsen - Dedicated
88

How do you make every song an earworm, like how?

Pusha T - DAYTONA
94

Short but extremely sweet. No one does it like Pusha T.

The Weeknd - Dawn FM
92

I think it's his best, incredible pop record. Can play this on repeat till the day I die. Only part I'm not huge on is the Wayne song, but other than that this slaps front to back.

IDLES - Brutalism
90

Exploding onto the scene, incredible album.

Charli xcx - Brat and it's completely different but also still brat
80

Interesting! Some stuff works, some stuff doesn't. the Lorde remix should have been on the og Brat album. Robyn <3.

Charli xcx - BRAT
98

The hype always has been and always will be real.

John Mayer - Born and Raised
75

Definitely falls off a bit towards the end but this is a solid folk album. I never mind listening to it and Walt Grace is beautiful, probably my favourite Mayer song.

Joni Mitchell - Blue
100

Unparalleled songwriting. Sad, beautiful, hopeful. I love this album.

My Chemical Romance - The Black Parade
95

Not my genre usually, but undeniably a masterpiece and a classic. Sounds terrific, earworm after earworm and incredible production on every song. This shit rocks.

Mos Def - Black on Both Sides
100

Absolute classic. The flows, the incredible beats, the transitions from song to song, the chemistry between the Mos Def and the features, it's a masterpiece.

Angel Olsen - Big Time
91

Angel's voice is incredible. The laid back sound that occasionally explodes into bombastic emotion is very powerful. The songs are long, but it works well with the soft music and emotional vocals. Very well-produced and I'm always tempted to sing along.

Michael Jackson - Bad
87

The deeper cuts here aren't as good as on his earlier projects, but come on. it's Michael Jackson. I have heard Bad and Smooth Criminal more than enough times in my life, yet I can't skip them at all. This truly sounds like an evolution of the sound from Thriller. Shocking news: Good album is good.

Arctic Monkeys - AM
72

I'm a big late-Arctic Monkeys fan, I feel like this is in the between-period a little bit. I like some of the semi-rock songs, but I'm not in love with a lot of the choices made on here. I think it doesn't flow very nicely and starts to feel a little same-y by the end. Some great highlights though, also holy moly this album is streamed a lot.

Doechii - Alligator Bites Never Heal
80

A lot of little interesting ideas here. Doechii is diverse in her talents, both the singing, rapping and acting on this mixtape are very solid. Some incredible songs, some forgettable ones too but overall it's very nice to listen to.
