Camila Cabello - C,XOXO

WHY DID SHE PUT THESE ANNOYING INTERLUDES IN AN ALBUM THAT ALREADY SUCKS AS IT IS 😂😂😂

this album is like if Charli XCX got in a bad car accident one day and then woke up and only made trash music

mgk - sun to me

MGK just took another one of my favorite songs and ruined it by covering it. He can't sing and adds nothing to the original track.

Just listen to the original song by Zach Bryan, it's WAY BETTER.

Corey Feldman - The Joke
10

the joke is definitely on me for listening to this!

Chance the Rapper - Stars Out
80

wish it was longer

Colin Stetson - New History Warfare Vol. 3: To See More Light
83

New History Warfare Vol. 3 is a big improvement on Vol. 2, this time with no unnecessary interludes and even more unhinged sax riffs from Colin. The longer each track gets, the more you get to understand the vision of Colin Stetston's genius.

Lupe Fiasco - Samurai
86

put Lupe over jazz and boom bap beats, it's kind of hard to mess this up. great short little album.

Colin Stetson - New History Warfare Vol. 2: Judges
77

very good avant-garde jazz album that has post-minimalism and experimental bits all mixed into it. some parts aren't as engaging as others, but when it's at its best, it's very intriguing. i felt like the interlude bits could have been more interesting.

LISA - Rockstar
50

there's parts that I like and then it quickly transitions into something else and becomes annoying fast.

Bloc Party - Flirting Again
20

it's like trying hard to be weird in a good way, but it just ends up sounding messy and terrible.

Xiu Xiu - Common Loon
90

my expectations for the album have just skyrocketed

Dua Lipa - Radical Optimism (Extended Versions)
70

eh, the original versions are good the way they are. this just adds more filler for the most part

James Blake - Bad Cameo
87

yeah. i mean how could this not be amazing. James Blake is such an underrated singer and his production is obviously top notch. Combined with Lil Yachty's super consistent creative streak recently, it's easy to see how this is complete fireworks. Yachty really leans into the neo-psychedelia sound from his last album, this time mixing in a little bit of ambient, and alt r&b flare. I didn't really catch an overall theme or concept to the entire album, but every song has similar ... read more

Clairo - Nomad

this is one of those songs that grows on you over time, I'm gonna need more listens

Denzel Curry - BLACK FLAG FREESTYLE
85

love to see the Mexican OT collab

Joey Duran - Feet Always Cold
75

look, is it a great album? yes.
but is it way too long for it's own good? also yes.

it took me like 3 separate days to listen to this because obviously I can't do it all in one sitting due to the length plus monotony throughout parts of each track. i'd say almost every track here can be trimmed down to about 10-15 minutes at most. they're really doesn't need to be this much filler. granted the instrumentation is impressive and experimental for sure, (though the fact ... read more

SOPHIE - Reason Why

not mindblowing, but it's very catchy and is also my introduction to SOPHIE. yay
