amazing. i wonder what would happen if they produced a full album together!!
just as good if not better than the standard versions. plus this version Fourth of July makes me want Sufjan to make a full length ambient/folk album.
Honestly, pretty gas. these are for the club.

i dig it. it's tongue-in-cheek. can't wait to see how this fits into the album. the music video is quite funny too.
in what world did she think it was acceptable to release this song like this.
little short, feel like this song desperately needs a feature. like uzi or roddy would be good.
i do like the direction. the rap/rock/jazz fusion is very, very interesting. reminds me of black midi a little. i don't know if this song absolutely needs to be 10 minutes long though.
i.. like it?
keep the Doechii hate coming guys, I'll enjoy this like normal.
cheesy and cliche song? yes, but he's a good singer and you can hear the emotion in his singing. decently written too. i feel like it might've been better if more of the song was slow.
this song is what Lewis Capaldi thought he sounded like when he did Someone You Loved πππ
my main issue with this cover of the song is the tempo and pacing. the guitar is way too prominent in the mix. plus this excludes the amazing bridge that the original has.
just simply inferior.
its still great, but it feels like she's painting herself into a corner more and more.
it's very listenable, but there just isn't all that much variety in the songwriting or instrumentation that provokes deeper thought. not really sure if i would return to this album for repeat listens.
