Already sounds kinda outdated. Pulls from older pop sounds and genrally does them decently well, but there is nothing praticularly intersting about how it goes about doing that. At least it is having fun tho

Movement 6 kicked me in the emotional balls. It's great.
Chock full of lovely songs that feel just feel intensly human.
The eeriness is of the charts here. Some blatantly unfinished songs with more potential than what is shown, but still very potent at times. Pulk/Pull, for example, is better than the rating leads you to believe. It does exactly what it was intended for: giving an unsetteling vibe with a driving rythm for a chilling ambiance that can haunt you.
Surprisingly not underrated here, some really good songs with some that are significantly less so. Separator is slept on tho, certainly as a closer.
Nothing is perfect, but Radiohead certainly came close with this gorgeous album. The soundscapes are unmatched as pure emotion oozes from each these songs; and all done seemingly effortless. For me this is not necessarily about the album as a whole. The songs on their own are just so well crafted and that on their own makes this an absolute highlight of the Radiohead discography.
This is one hell of a ride when it clicks. It is to me a musical manifestation of emotional limbo where one is taking many directions to find any stable ground but only finding more anguish.
It starts with the neurotic control seeking and the realisation it does not work of Everything and Kid A, to the trying to find a rythm to flee but succombing to mental chaos in The National Anthem and the hopelessness and wanting to escape in How to Dissapear. The Tap does Drip for an incredible 18 min. Almost all types of gizz follow, which makes for a good ride albeit with varying quality and for a bit to long.
