The album only really suffers from the preachy lyrics of "After Forever". Incredible songs with so many tasty riffs and melodies; they're just incredibly fun to listen to. It's a short, yet incredibly sweet bopper of an album, my favorite Sabbath album so far.
TPAB B-sides does not an album make... or does it? Nah, it definitely does. It's not grand, but it isn't supposed to be. Some songs are clearly left unfinished, or maybe just missing the final touches. Most of the songs, apart from untitled 1, 4 and 7, are finished, but weren't included in TPAB for various reasons.
Don't expect a concept album, it's a compilation of TPAB era songs that otherwise wouldn't have had a place on future albums. With that in mind, this ... read more
