I have nothing but love and appreciation for Twin Fantasy. as much as I love the original, I feel like the 2018 reimagined remake helps bring to life all these songs in a way never before. It has such a different feeling compared to the original album from 2011. Clean vocals, a better production and mixing, as well as better instrumentation combined with the incredible song writing make this easily one of my favorite albums ever, easily a top 5 album for me.

Finally, after 5 long years. We have a new Car Seat Headrest album! I became a fan after MADLO came out so this was my first time to be looking forward to a new album by the band since becoming a fan. As someone who adored AFUT and also enjoyed LABH, I've been looking forward to see what BCNR does next with their third album. As of right now, Forever Howlong is my album of the year for sure and it's not even close. This is my first exposure to Asian Glow, and I feel really at home with this album. Especially coming off the heels of Sky Hundred by Parannoul which released just this past August. It's a nice little album! Electronic with noise pop influences along with some shoegaze tones here and there.
