Definitely a vibe, but nothing stands out enough to make me want to return.
While it might not be the most sonically diverse album, it's incredibly consistent in its songwriting and definitely warrants being a classic.
Album peaks at the very beginning and then mostly failed to capture my interest. But those peaks at the beginning are STRONG: especially classical.
Took me a long time to appreciate but this album definitely has merit. While I definitely don't love every song, the ones that hit HIT (Redbone, Terrified, Me and Your Mama). It also has a really good aesthetic throughout.
100 gecs has so much talent it's insane. But halfway through the album they just do goofy shit that I don't think is really entertaining at all. It's just kinda a waste of time. So I can never really recommend someone listen to this album all the way through; only to listen to the highlights (money machine, stupid horse, hand crushed by a mallet, etc.)
