An unsettling instrumental album. The stuff of nightmares. Just in time for Halloween kiddos!

Prior to the 80s, when most horror films used classical instruments for their soundtracks, Unvers Zero was dialed-into the darker side of this genre, and managed to record these unsettling tracks for "Heresie"

While listening, your anxiety and heart-rate will likely increase, as you visualize scenes from Psycho, The Shining, The Omen, and more. Some may complain that it sounds like an ... read more

This band seems quietly tucked-away in a corner of the Earth where only nuggets of interesting music escape.

While Kauan are from Russia, sing in Finnish, and are based in Ukraine, their music needs no language translation due to its universal appeal.

"Kaiho" is beautiful. Sad. Serene. It's a delicate post-rock album with soft melodies, intriguing, sometimes sensual vocals, soothing orchestral pieces, memorable piano and guitar sequences, all layered atop a dream-like atmospheric ... read more

The rhythmic, tribal quality of this album is highly recommended as background music for creative individuals. "Strata" excels at ... read more

Acoustic dark folk, post-metal band from Warsaw, Poland; with a sound vaguely similar to Falloch -- albeit, with much deeper sadness.

ROSK's "remnants" are the scattered remains of an elderly memory. A time of broken remembrance, of lost love, and of life. Reflective of deep depression, PTSD, and suicidal themes, but performed in such a cinematic way to render it beautiful.

Start to finish, this album contains some strong story-telling ability, and conjures some intense visuals, ... read more
