"HOWGOODISGOOD?" is a lofi hip hop album made by Baro Sura, an Australian rapper and producer from South East Melbourne. I chose this album after loving his feature in the posthumous release by Mac Miller "Circles", i loved his voice while singing on the track ("Hand Me Downs") so i gave one of his projects a try.
The album opens with a warm, inviting track that sets the tone for the entire listening. From the start, it's clear that Baro Sura has a deep ... read more
The last song is very boring, rest is good to great. It's a great debut though

It's beautiful, it's devastating, it's haunting and it's abnormally shocking. I don't have that many words to describe this, i will probably make a huge review about both of her newer albums, for me this is like an earlier version of "Caligula" it does it's job very very well but i think "Caligula" does it better. Still an incredible album!
I cried when i listened to this for the first time. It's an incredible statement, the instrumentals are soooooooooooooooo good, you can close your eyes and imagine yourself living inside this world that samlrc created so beautifully. Definitely one of the best albums of 2024.

This is the sex version of his last album "What's going on", i don't know to explain it properly but his voice and the lyrics makes the album feel very romantic and sexual. Also duh it's an Marvin Gaye record, you will obviously feel romance in the air with this.

There is no bad thing to say about this album.
Her voice fits the instrumentals so well, and do i really need to say? Her voice is absolutely gorgeous, even in tracks like cherry pie that have more repetition in it's lyrics. And the instrumentals are really off the wall, that blended with the amazing vocals makes this an incredible DEBUT. wow this is very impressive for a debut album!

Incredible Death metal project, i love the rawness of the vocals combined with the technicality of the instrumentals, it's very powerful too.
This is one of those albums that you play while fighting 300 people alone.

Don Toliver shows us again how he cannot innovate on his sound
The album is mid, it gets repetitive at the latter half (Weakest part of the album). The first few tracks are fine, Bandit is alright but after that it's just boring.

Lateralus is the third studio album made by the popular progressive metal band Tool, it's the successor of the incredibly built Ænima (must listen!), the album brings again the high level of technicality the band is known for and somehow makes it even better imo, the lyrics are so transcending and special that it made me even more interested in the album, also it goes hard asf. This album is definitely one of the best of 2001 that was a very busy year for music.

Mac Miller's posthumously released album "Circles" from January 2020 is a work done with deep emotional reflection, one that shows his vulnerability and personal philosophy. "Circles" finds Mac following his 2018 album "Swimming" musically and conceptually; it was meant to close the chapter of battling with mental health and bring some serenity.
"Circles" opens the album with a somewhat moody, contemplative tone. The soft and sorrowful music corresponds ... read more
It was exactly what I wanted from an album with a cover like this
Beautiful record, Beth proved alot of things with this, definitely one of the best albums of 2024
