"Noise Is the New Silence"
I think I prefer the old silence, unfortunately. I appreciate the experimentation, but it's hard enough to sit through a 38-minute (!) song of aimless harsh noise and uncomfortable "ASMR" whispering. A full hour of that is too much. I'll stick to earlier Mydreamfever releases for more listenable experimental music, and to Huremic for better chaotic music.

Some great shoegaze with noisy guitars and lush synths in equal measures. A good pick for anyone that likes acts such as Della Zyr and Parannoul.
"Wisteria" and "Vega" were my favorite songs.
A very nice surprise of an album. While the harsh vocals are still there, this leans more strongly into the lush folk that Inpariquipê refined. If the Antropoceno album from earlier this year is to express anger over environmental destruction, then this album is to show a love for that same environment.
"Águas Passadas" and "Caminhos de Água" were my favorite songs.
While it doesn't quite reach the same heights as Ware's 2023 album, Superbloom is still a solid disco pop album carried by Ware's amazing vocals. "I Could Get Used to This" and "Ride" were my favorites.
A good companion album to the Wait, What Did You Say release from January. For me, "Hell for a Basement" and "Discotheque of My Own Misery" were the best songs.
