So, after her projects with Disney, Olivia released her debut single as a solo artist; drivers license which became one of the most popular songs of 2021 and captivated an audience that were pretty excited for her first LP.
Looking back now; after a lot of tracks that used the same formula, the song structure(simple instrumentals at the beginning ,progressive tone, instrumental breaks at the end of chorus and the grand bridge) feels slightly stale but Rodrigo’s vocals are good and fits ... read more
An educational synth-pop track for the Frozen Mini-Series features Olivia Rodrigo and Madison Hu from Bizaardvark; the production is better than everything I’ve heard related to Bizaardvark there are some strings in the mix which improves the track even more, the lyrics are forced; like most of the songs from Disney TV series and the two’s vocals are as immature as the soundtrack but this is way better than that.
