favorite part... the fun track list of wordplay which took longer to read than the album
I was thinking how the catalog of vintage bluegrass posts are pretty rare on this site. Pert near your standard fine-pickin and mornful fiddle sound bluegrass , but this album has one of my favorite vintage bluegrass songs of that time..."Head of the Holler". I just like the lively sound and cuttin' up southern humor of bluegrass lyrics in this one.

Ivor Cutler has quite a discography, and most likely an odd quirky wordy tune for anyone can be fond in thum !
Fun lyrics 60's sounding novelty nuclear song heard last night on a vintage "The Hour of Slack" - Church of the SubGenius tape #001 . If you like odd quirky songs and don't succumb to the powerful praisings of Bob and Slack, it is something to seek out.
This is the cover art of the single it was from.

I know most would dismiss this lo-fi sound/voice...Maybe it takes a certain mindset to enjoy this quirky song but "Blue Angel" just pops into my mind sometimes, like tonight. Other recommendations similar to this ?
