an enjoyable take on standard alt-rock.
i will admit i was pretty worried to listen to this; besides the glowing pitchfork review, a lot of the reception of this album has been a lot more restrictive in its acclaim. much of the album’s reviews consider this EP to be a more standard form of indie rock, blissful but nothing special. and i definitely agree w/ that sentiment to a degree.

a strong enough comeback for chance.
