absolute fucking dogshit i hate this so much, especially because his old music was so much better. insane and very unexpected falloff
yeah its progressive and pushed the band further yadda yadda yadda but i honestly dont enjoy it as much as, like, in rainbows and ok computer. don't get me wrong, i still enjoy it a lot, its a radiohead album, but it just doesnt have the soul of my top 2 to me which is what places it lower. It's a very subjective opinion, i know its a great album, it just doesnt do as much for me as it does for others i guess.
It's not the most incredible or progressive album like radiohead's later stuff, but its still damn good music. It's a comfort album for me, the songs are just so simplisticly enjoyable. There's are some ups and downs in quality but i dont really care the album's just good. high and dry and fake plastic trees are basic as hell but i love them to bits so theyre my recs
